![]() Conclusions: 1 since a few months ProtonVPN has turned into a non-functioning product 2 their customer service team members - who deal with many similar issues judging by the poor reviews on Trustpilot - are instructed to keep customers in a loop of endlessly offering the same help that hasn't worked before 3 which customer can be blamed wanting their money back after two times one week without Internet? do not bother to reply to my post unless you offer to reimburse my $125 - you know who i am. This is so since their April software update and since i tried two times with their help desk to make the so updated product work for my hardware (while the previous version of their product caused no issue to my hardware and worked well). Reason being the ProtonVPN product is clearly faulty and does not deliver what they promise. ![]() i want my money back for the remainder of one and a half years subscription. i do not wish to have more experiences like this, two is enough, thank you very much! Now the worst: ProtonVPN refuse to reimburse me. Only a week after not just uninstalling their software but after a complete wipe of my system i am online again. ![]() I never asked for this and it doesn't benefit me for the simple reason that i cannot use their software on my laptop anymore. It is not remedied by them "upgrading" my membership. i tried twice with their help desk to resolve this aspect of their software update - to no avail. ![]() The ProtonVPN PREVENTS my system from connecting to the Internet. Earlier this year in March / April they "upgraded" their software. ProtonVPN no longer as requested, ticket numbers 421929 I've been using ProtonVPN since many years.
